Job Summary


The Associate Product Manager will support the end-to-end product lifecycle across multiple client projects, from discovery and requirements gathering through delivery, iteration, and performance tracking.
This role is suited to an early-career product professional who is comfortable working in a services environment and eager to build strong execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


Key Responsibilities


Support product discovery activities, including user research, client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and market analysis.
Translate client and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
Support backlog creation, grooming, and prioritisation in collaboration with senior product and delivery leads.
Work closely with engineering and design teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Track product progress and performance against agreed milestones and success metrics.
Support testing, quality assurance, product releases, and handover to clients.
Prepare product documentation, demos, and internal or client-facing reports.
Ensure alignment between client objectives, delivery scope, and Techbeaver's internal standards.


Required Qualifications & Skills


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Technology, Business, Engineering, or related discipline).
1 - 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, project coordination, consulting, or a related role.
Understanding of software development lifecycles and agile delivery methodologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging client stakeholders.
Ability to analyse problems, structure requirements, and think from a user- and value-driven perspective.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.


Desirable Attributes:


Experience working in a software agency, consultancy, or client-facing environment.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Linear, or Figma.
Exposure to startup, fintech, health-tech, or platform-based products.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.


Reporting & Working Relationships:


Reports to: Product Lead / Chief Technology Officer
Works closely with: Engineering, Design, Operations, and Client Stakeholders.
