How You'll Make an Impact


We are looking for a highly structured and delivery-focused Associate - Talent Acquisition who thrives in high-volume environments. You bring strong workflow discipline, systems thinking, and the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines with speed and precision. Your role is critical in ensuring we consistently hire high-performing individuals aligned with our culture, values, and mission.
You will participate in the full recruitment cycle, from drafting Job Description s to extending offers, building and maintaining talent pipelines to meet current and future staffing needs, partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver strong candidate experience while leveraging ERP tools and automation to streamline sourcing, screening, and hiring workflows.


What You'll Do

End-to-End Recruitment


Manage full-cycle recruitment across tech and corporate roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role scope, and success profiles
Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Conduct CV screening, structured interviews, and candidate assessments
Coordinate interview panels and ensure timely feedback collection
Drive offer management and candidate closing processes


Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development


Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles
Develop Boolean searches and targeted sourcing strategies
Track and report sourcing performance metrics


Data Management


Maintain accurate and up-to-date vacancy reports
Track and analyse key recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, conversion rates, pipeline health, source effectiveness)
Ensure ATS data accuracy and proper documentation of candidate evaluations
Produce regular hiring dashboards and reports to support workforce planning and leadership decision-making
Identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel


Hiring Process Excellence


Ensure structured and competency-based interview processes
Maintain ATS accuracy and proper documentation of candidate evaluations
Improve hiring workflows to reduce time-to-fill and improve quality-of-hire
Support diversity and inclusive hiring practices


Employer Branding & Talent Strategy


Communicate consistently and professionally with all stakeholders
Support employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn campaigns, job postings, university outreach)
Assist in workforce planning discussions and hiring forecasts
Share talent market insights with leadership
Contribute to continuous improvement of the People & Talent function


What We're Looking For

Professional & Technical Strengths


Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within a multinational environment
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes (in-house experience preferred)
Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse)
Experience administering and interpreting competency-based and personality assessments
