Au Pair | Groenkloof | R7 500 Per Month at Au Pair Extraordinaire

A family is looking for an Au Pair for their child
Area: Groenkloof, Pretoria
Children's Ages: Boy - 4 years
Child's Neurodivergence Snapshot: Dandy-Walker Syndrome (Delayed development)
Support Style: He does not walk on his own, you need to hold his hands, he does not speak full sentences as yet and he is not potty trained. He is however very bright, counting, colours have been mastered including many other things, however we feel that he is stagnating. His energetic, soft personality and a not a difficult child. Family will require weekly reports on activities that he has done.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 14:00 - 17:00
School holiday hours: Same/similar hours
Duties: Collect from school, take to extra-murals, Wednesdays he needs to be taken for Physio after school, engaging in intellectually stimulating play & activities with child, family will share the learning material of previous Tutors / Au Pairs on the learning that he needs to do. We will also arrange a once-off meeting with the Au Pair and the occupational, speech and physio therapist on the work that he needs to do at home, provide basic snacks. Family will require weekly reports on activities that he has done.
Special Requirements: Female
Start Date and contract term: 14th September - permanent
Salary: R7 500 per month (Gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km​​​​​​​


All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:


Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
Must have a clear criminal record
Must have a passion for children
Must have Matric
Must have a South African ID document.
