Children's Ages: 3 years old
Working Hours: The schedule operates on a two-weekly rotation with no weekends unless by prior arrangement. The average hours are approximately 20 per week and hours will be slightly flexible and communicated with prior notice if any changes need to be made.
Week 1: Monday: 09:00 - 13:30, Tuesday: Off, Wednesday: 14:00 - 18:00, Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00 and Friday: Off
Week 2: Monday: Off, Tuesday: Off, Wednesday: 14:00 - 18:00 , Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00 and Friday: 09:00 - 18:00
School holidays: Same as above / Slightly Flexible
Duties: Collect from school, engaging in intellectually stimulating and age-appropriate play and developmental activities, supporting early learning foundations, preparing meals for the child, and occasional babysitting by prior arrangement. Ad hoc sleepovers may be required with prior notice when dad travels overseas for work. This will be paid additionally as needed.
Special Requirements: English speaking, female, friendly, active, and engaging. Experience with early childhood development preferred.
School: Permanent schooling being identified.
Start Date and contract term: Mid-May - permanent contract
Salary: R16 000pm (Gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.95)

Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
Must have a clear criminal record
Must have a passion for children
Must have Matric
Must have a South African ID document.
