About Role
Wildreams is looking for a creatively sharp and digitally fluent Audience Engagement Executive to help brands build meaningful connections with their audiences. In this role, you'll lead audience engagement strategies across social and digital platforms, manage communities, drive conversations that matter, and turn insights into impactful content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute audience engagement strategies across social and digital platforms
Manage and grow online communities through meaningful daily interactions
Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
Monitor trends, conversations, and cultural moments to drive relevant content and engagement
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and strategists on content execution
Manage influencer and creator relationships where necessary
Track performance metrics and optimize content and engagement strategies based on insights
Ensure brand consistency across all communication and content touchpoints
Support campaign planning, activations, and audience growth initiatives
What we're looking for:
3+ years of experience in social media, content, community management, or audience engagement
Strong understanding of digital culture, audience behaviour, and platform trends
Experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously
Excellent communication, writing, and content planning skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to think strategically while executing efficiently
