Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field with a minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience in internal audit, compliance, or internal control (banking/microfinance banking). Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CIA, ACAMS, or CFE) an advantage.
