REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BA)-Accounting/ Finance Option or
Bachelor of Science (BSC)-Auditing and Consultancy/Finance option from a recognized Institution or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
Certified Public Accountant - CPA part II or equivalent qualifications; and
Meet Chapter Six (6) ofthe constitution of Kenya 2oro.
DUTIES AND RXSPONSIBILITIES
This is the entry grade for this cadre. An officer at this level may be deployed to work at the Headquarters or Regional Oftices under the guidance of a senior and experienced officer.
Specifically, duties and responsibilities will include:
Implementing audit and risk strategr, policies, Audit Framework, procedures and programmes;
Implementing the Internal Audit Charter for ODPP;
Analyze the utilization of software and data analyical tools to cnhance the efliciency of the audit process;
