PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Customer credit policy management.
Maintain existing customers by offering personalized individual account management and support through regular customer contact and visits.
Customer growth by identifying and bringing on board new customers.
Provide customers with accurate product recommendations based on the customers' requirements.
Communicate new products, services and special developments to customers.
Preparation and maintenance of accurate sales reports.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline; sales and marketing an added advantage.
At least 2-3 years working experience in a sales position in the automotive industry.
Auto parts and accessories product knowledge.
Basic financial literacy including key concepts like revenue, sales, and profit.
Preferably a Kenyan citizen.
