Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for 2W & 3W products
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales team members.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our 2W & 3W models.
Assist customers in selecting the most suitable motorbike based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding pricing, financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.
Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Coordinate with the sales manager and finance department to facilitate the completion of sales transactions.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and competitors to remain competitive in the market.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
