Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain leaders to identify automation opportunities and shape demand; Leading process analysis and redesign, using process mining and data insights to determine what and what not to automate.
Architecting large-scale automation solutions, ensuring scalability, security, resilience, and compliance; Driving API-led and event-driven automation, avoiding fragile point solutions and UI-only automations.
Setting architectural standards, patterns, and guardrails to reduce complexity and increase reuse; Influencing technology selection and platform strategy across automation, integration, and AI ecosystems.
Guiding delivery teams in Agile and DevOps environments, providing architectural direction throughout the delivery lifecycle; Supporting change management, ensuring automation adoption is successful and sustainable.
Developing playbooks, reusable templates, and reference architectures to scale automation across the enterprise; Tracking, measuring, and communicating business impact, KPIs, and value realisation
Staying current with AI, agentic automation, and emerging technologies, identifying where innovation can safely accelerate value.
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
