Managing and overseeing branch staff, supervising branch operations, and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. Lead team to drive business performance through acquisition, coaching, engagement, business development and retention of customer relationships. Manage the sales culture through all levels to meet and exceed established sales and revenue goals.

Responsibilities


Organizing and executing training programs for branch personnel
Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
Developing and implementing sales plans
Conducting regular sales, after sales and operations meetings
Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch
Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community
Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
Resolving customer problems as needed
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the company within the country.
Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
Drafting forecasts and business plans
Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives
Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals
Adhering to high ethical and professional standards
Achievement of sales and aftersales (Workshop and Parts sales) target for the month.

Requirements


Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a Related Field or the Equivalent
Work Experience
Minimum of 8 years' experience Sales and marketing in Auto Business or related field.
Strong relationship management with stakeholders
Strong customer service skills
Experience growing branch revenues
