The Automotive Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling the company's range of vehicles to prospective clients, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing suitable vehicle recommendations, and ensuring an outstanding buying experience to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:


Generate leads and actively pursue new sales opportunities through showroom visits, cold calls, referrals, and online engagement.
Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, explaining features, specifications, and financing options.
Conduct test drives with prospective buyers and highlight key performance and safety features.
Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, negotiate terms, and close vehicle sales to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, features, pricing, and market trends.
Process sales documentation and coordinate with the finance and insurance departments to finalize sales.
Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Participate in marketing campaigns, product launches, and exhibitions to promote vehicle sales.
Provide feedback from customers and the market to management to inform business strategies.


Qualifications and Experience:


Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 - 4 years' experience in automotive sales or a related field (vehicle dealership experience preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Valid driver's license with good driving skills.
