Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Lagos for an Aviation Dispatcher Level 3.
The Aviation Dispatcher will coordinate daily flight operations, process flight plans, monitor aircraft movements, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
Additional responsibilities include liaising with pilots, ground crew, and air traffic control to ensure smooth operations, maintaining communication logs, and responding to operational challenges efficiently.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Aviation Regulations and Flight Planning
Experience with Scheduling, Aircraft Dispatch Operations, and Coordinating Ground Handling
Proficiency in Communication and Team Collaboration
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving, Critical Thinking, and Decision-making skills
Proficiency in aviation-related software and tools is a plus
Previous experience in aviation or logistics dispatching is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Logistics, or a related field; relevant certifications are advantageous
