Key Responsibilities


Sales & Revenue Growth
Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Dynamics 365 solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partner referrals.
Manage the full sales lifecycle, from discovery and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close.
Solution Selling & Client Advisory
Conduct needs analysis workshops and business discovery sessions with prospects.
Position Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply
Chain, and Power Platform solutions based on client business challenges.
Collaborate with pre-sales consultants and solutions advisors to design solution architectures and value-based proposals.
Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity tracking in Dynamics 365 CRM.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline with strong coverage ratios.
Ensure disciplined sales qualification using proven frameworks.
Partnership & Ecosystem Engagement
Work closely with Microsoft account teams and ISV partners to co-sell and generate opportunities.
Participate in Microsoft-led campaigns, solution assessments, and joint customer engagements.
Marketing & Go-To-Market Support
Support webinars, events, account-based marketing campaigns, and content-driven demand generation.
Contribute insights into customer needs, competitive trends, and market opportunities.
Customer Success & Account Growth
Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and remain engaged post-sale to drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
Build trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers and influencers.

Required Skills & Experience


Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-2years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience.
Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM, or cloud business applications preferred.
Experience working in a Microsoft Partner or professional services environment is a strong advantage.
