What You'll Do
Drive B2B sales through new client acquisition and effective account management
Manage the full end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients
Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional advertising and digital solutions to existing clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools
What we're looking for:
2 - 3 years' proven B2B sales experience
Experience in fintech, insurance, microfinance, call centres, and/or an advertising agency is mandatory
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong customer service and relationship management skills
Proven ability to close deals and manage a structured sales pipeline
Hands-on experience using CRM tools
Digital marketing experience is an added advantage
