Sales & New Client Acquisition
Proactively identify, prospect, and generate new B2B sales leads within the designated e-Bakery coverage zones.
Conduct professional sales presentations and pitches to key decision-makers, effectively communicating the e-Bakery value proposition.
Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitable and sustainable agreements.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Ensure all new client orders are seamlessly digitally onboarded.
Strategic Account Management & Growth
Act as the strategic commercial partner for your portfolio of accounts, conducting regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor account health and performance data to proactively address risks and leverage opportunities.
Serve as a high-level escalation point for the Customer Excellence (CX) team for commercial disputes or contract renewal discussions.
Champion the voice of the B2B client within e-Bakery, providing feedback to the product and operations teams to enhance our service offering.
