Job Summary
As the B2B Sales & Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for driving corporate sales, generating high-value business opportunities, and managing long-term client relationships.
You will bridge strategic marketing initiatives with aggressive sales execution to expand the company's footprint within the corporate and commercial market segments.
Responsibilities
Identify and prospect high-value B2B clients through networking, cold outreach, and corporate engagements
Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored HVAC solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and client relationship management
Track sales pipeline performance, report on KPIs, and maintain accurate client records.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales, corporate marketing, or business development
Prior experience in Air Conditioning systems, HVAC, or related technical industry is preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and digital prospecting platforms.
