Job Summary
As the B2B Sales Representative, you will drive revenue growth by identifying high-value corporate clients, executing consultative sales strategies, and managing end-to-end sales cycles to build long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities
Identify and prospect high-value B2B clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, and professional networks
Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored solutions to meet client needs
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
Track sales performance, pipeline health, and provide regular reports on KPIs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales, corporate marketing, or business development
Experience in HVAC, engineering solutions, or related technical industries is highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and social media tools
