Job Description
Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts.
Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes.
Design and decorate cakes and pastries to a high presentation standard.
Monitor baking times, temperatures, and oven conditions to ensure quality.
Develop new recipes and improve existing menu items.
Ensure all baked goods meet quality, taste, and appearance standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in line with food safety regulations.
Manage inventory of baking supplies and order ingredients when needed.
Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
Work closely with kitchen staff to plan production schedules and meet customer demand.
Must reside within the axis of Amuwo Odofin, Festac, Lagos State.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 2 years experience.
