Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and production of bread.
Measure and prepare ingredients as directed.
Clean and maintain bakery equipment and work areas.
Support the Baker in daily bread production activities.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements
Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or its equivalent.
Prior experience in a bakery or food production environment will be an added advantage.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Good personal hygiene and attention to detail.
Willingness and ability to work on shift duty, including early morning, late evening, and weekend shifts, as may be required.
