Job Summary


The Beauty Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty and spa services while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty, maintain high professional standards, and possess strong practical skills across multiple beauty disciplines.


Key Responsibilities


Provide professional hair care and hair plaiting services.
Perform nail care services, including nail art and related treatments.
Deliver professional massage therapy services.
Perform facial treatments and skincare consultations.
Recommend suitable beauty treatments and products based on clients' needs.
Maintain excellent hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
Ensure all equipment and workstations remain clean, organized, and ready for use.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
Maintain accurate appointment schedules and treatment records where required.
Stay informed on current beauty trends, techniques, and products.
Support the overall growth and success of the business through professionalism and teamwork.


Required Skills

Hair Care & Hair Plaiting
Nail Art
Massage Therapy
Facial Treatments


Additional beauty therapy skills will be considered an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience


Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' practical experience in a beauty salon, spa, or wellness center.
Demonstrated proficiency in hair care, nail art, massage, and facials.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance with excellent personal grooming.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
Positive attitude, reliability, honesty, and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
