Bid & Tender Sales Executive at TRANOS

This role oversees the end-to-end management of bid submissions, tender responses, and proposal development for the company. It involves proactively identifying bidding opportunities, ensuring full compliance with client requirements, and preparing compelling, competitive proposals.
Job Details
Source, track, and evaluate relevant bid and tender opportunities to ensure that the scope of supply being offered at the tender stage is within the company's ability to deliver from a scope of supply, resource, and competence point of view.
Interpret bid documents, request for proposals (RFPs), and invitation to tender (ITTs) to identify requirements and deadlines.
Establish a bid execution strategy from expression of interest through to final submission.
Coordinate with internal departments (technical, commercial, finance, procurement, etc.) to gather accurate information for bid responses.
Define a complete technical and commercial competitive offer.
Manage tender portals and ensure timely upload of documentation.
Monitor tender results and provide reports on bid outcomes, win/loss analysis, and lessons learned.
Perform reliable and efficient communication with main stakeholders and raise roadblocks when needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers, partners, and industry stakeholders relevant to bidding processes.
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time to support the Company in achieving its set business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in bid and tender management, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of bid and tender processes, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
Excellent project coordination, time management, and organizational skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tender portals and CRM tools.
Exceptional writing, editing, and document formatting skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
