Key roles include searching for and analyzing tender opportunities, preparing comprehensive and compliant bid documents, coordinating with internal departments, and managing the submission process to ensure its timely and accurate. You are responsible for drafting compelling proposals and following up with clients for feedback to improve future submissions.

Core responsibilities


Opportunity identification: Monitor online portals, newspapers, and other sources for relevant tender opportunities and maintain a database of these opportunities.
Tender analysis: Review and interpret tender documents to understand all technical, financial, and compliance requirements.
Proposal development: Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, sales) to gather necessary information and draft compelling proposals that meet all client specifications.
Documentation: Ensure all bid documents are accurate, complete, and formatted according to submission guidelines. This includes preparing and updating mandatory company and regulatory documents.
Submission management: Manage the entire submission process, including electronic and manual submissions, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet all packaging and delivery instructions.
Post-submission follow-up: Track the status of submitted tenders, follow up with clients for feedback, and perform a post-mortem on wins and losses to improve future bids.
Internal coordination: Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure a cohesive and effective bid response, and organize meetings and demonstrations as needed.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed tender reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Assist with procurement activities, such as preparing purchase orders.
Coordinate with partners and stakeholders for pre-qualification and evaluation committees.
