Responsibilities:
As a Tire Support Specialist, you will be taking incoming calls from consumers, tire installers, and wholesale distributors assisting with questions or needs related to specific tires or an order that has already been placed.
This is a full-time position.
In this role you will communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.
Agents will be asked to transition between the different channels at any time.
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:
6-12 months of Customer Service
Enthusiastic to help resolve complex issues
Versatile and adaptable to the needs of the day
Retention/Selling experience is valuable
Consistent employment history
An interest to be the best! Eager to be successful.
Technically savvy is a MUST! Knows how to use current technology
Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, clear diction, tone and knowledge/use of proper grammar
