We are looking for a Pipeline Builder to proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates, creating strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. This role focuses on strategic sourcing, market research, and relationship-building across multiple roles and industries.

Key Responsibilities


Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positions.
Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial screenings to assess skills and interest.
Keep an organized database of active and passive candidates.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Track sourcing metrics and provide pipeline updates.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent.
Stay updated on market trends and sourcing best practices.


Skills & Qualifications


2+ years in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
Proven ability to build pipelines independently.
Strong research and passive candidate outreach skills.
Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search).
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience sourcing for high-volume or specialized roles.
Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies.
