Qualification:
Diploma/Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Health Records, Business Admin or related
2-3 years experience in hospital billing, insurance claims or revenue cycle
Knowledge of SHA, insurance claims & corporate billing
Skilled in HMIS systems & Microsoft Office
Strong analytical, organizational & problem- solving skills
High accuracy & attention to detail
Good communication & customer service skills
Professional, accountable & high integrity
Able to work under pressure & meet deadlines
Strong teamwork & collaboration skills
