Key performance areas
Autodesk platform and licence administration
Administer Autodesk licence assignments and user provisioning and deprovisioning, in coordination with IT
Administer the Autodesk Forma platform, including Forma Data Management as the common data environment (project setup, folder structures, permissions, issue and review workflows)
Maintain the licence register and reconcile assigned licences against active users
Model and drawing coordination
Update and maintain Revit models and drawings in line with approved specifications and project manager instructions
Federate discipline models, run clash detection and issue coordination reports to the project team
Verify model data against as-built site conditions during campus visits
Maintain revision control, drawing registers and version history
Asset and space data
Maintain the model as the source of record for floor areas, room schedules and space allocation by campus
Produce area, space and asset schedules supporting capital planning, condition assessment, insurance valuation and lease or turnover-rental calculations
Progressively bring the existing portfolio into the model
BIM standards, user support and training
Own, maintain and version-control the Curro BIM Execution Plan, modelling and naming standards, template and family library
Audit incoming consultant models and drawings against Curro standards before acceptance
Provide first-line support to internal users and external consultants, and induct them into Curro BIM standards
Support project managers with data, reports and model extracts
Qualifications, experience and skills
Qualifications
National Diploma or Advanced Certificate (NQF 6) in architectural technology, building or drafting, construction, the built environment or information technology; or Matric together with a recognised Autodesk certification and verifiable production experience
Advantageous: BTech or Bachelors degree (NQF 7) in architectural technology or a built environment discipline; Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Architectural Design; ISO 19650 information management certification
Skills
Revit modelling, family and parameter authoring
Model federation, clash detection and coordination
Common data environment administration (Autodesk Forma)
Information, drawing and revision management to a defined standard
AutoCAD drafting and drawing production
Asset and space data management and reporting

Experience
Three years post-qualification experience producing and maintaining Revit models in a practice, contractor or client-side environment
Revit architectural modelling to production standard, including categories, families, types, and shared and custom parameters
Working literacy in Revit Structural and MEP, sufficient to link, federate and coordinate models authored by others
AutoCAD production drafting and drawing set management
Document, drawing and revision control within a structured filing system or common data environment
Advantageous: Autodesk Forma administration (previously Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360); Navisworks; Dynamo, Diroots or similar tooling; ISO 19650 principles; licence administration or IT asset coordination; multi-site property portfolios or education buildings; ability to read SANS 10400 and the National Building Regulations
