Supervise and coordinate activities of blow molding machine operators and production staff.
Ensure machines are set up, operated, and maintained efficiently to meet production targets.
Monitor production output, quality standards, and waste levels, ensuring compliance with company specifications.
Troubleshoot machine faults and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs.
Ensure proper mold changes, machine adjustments, and parameter settings.
Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift logs.
Train and mentor operators on machine handling, safety, and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
Ensure proper material handling and minimize material wastage.
Coordinate with quality control teams to ensure product standards are met.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
5 - 8 years of experience in blow molding operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of blow molding processes (Jerrycan).
Hands-on experience with machine troubleshooting and maintenance coordination.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with production planning and reporting tools.
