Job description
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a reputable, high-performing boarding school.
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
Ability to mentor and guide students and ensure their wellbeing.
High integrity, discipline and commitment to child safeguarding.
Training in First Aid and child protection will be an added advantage.
