Boiler Supervisor at Astral Foods Ltd

Role Responsibilities:


Manage, motivate, and guide technical staff while driving collaborative problem-solving
Hands-on on electrical a mechanical work on a daily basis.
Attend to and resolve urgent equipment breakdowns.
Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure all machinery is maintained according to industry best practices.
Oversee spares and consumable stores management to optimise stock levels and availability.
Adhere strictly to Astral risk management policies and safety protocols.
Assist with fire breaks.
Implementation and maintenance of the 20 keys Operational Improvement programmes.


Required Qualification and Knowledge


Minimum Matric or N3 qualification;
Minimum of 3 years' experience working on Boilers;
Electrical and Mechanical experience;
Have at least 2 years relevant experience on a supervisory position
Able to work under pressure
Experience in maintaining Poultry farms will be an added advantage;
He must be able to work with people;
Valid Driving licence
