REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's / Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years' experience in a retail or supermarket environment (branch operations preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in customer service and stock control is an added advantage.
