Branch Customer Service Assistant (Embu) at PACIS Insurance

The purpose of this role is to ensure that services are offered to customers in an efficient, prompt, and courteous manner, while supporting basic underwriting activities in consultation with the Branch Underwriter, to maintain customer goodwill and uphold the excellent image of Pacis Insurance Company. The role ensures strict adherence to Company's policies, procedures, underwriting guidelines, and internal controls at the Branch level.
