REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of a diploma in Sales and Marketing or any related business field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in microfinance with strong knowledge of lending operations
Proven ability to drive branch growth and achieve sales targets
Proficient in loan management systems
Strong team leadership skills with experience managing and developing staff
