Branch Manager-Eldama Ravine at Access Bank Kenya

Key Responsibilities


Drive branch business growth, deposit mobilization, lending, revenue generation and profitability.
Develop and retain customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
Oversee credit portfolio quality, credit monitoring and compliance with approved credit terms.
Manage branch budgets and monitor performance against business targets.
Lead, coach and develop branch teams to deliver results and excellent customer service.
Ensure effective operational controls, regulatory compliance and adherence to the Bank's policies.


Qualifications & Work Experience


A bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
A Master's degree in Business Administration or Banking and Finance, and relevant professional qualifications, will be an added advantage.
At least seven years' experience in banking or financial services.
Relevant experience in branch banking, business development, credit or relationship management.
Demonstrated success in business growth, portfolio management, achievement of performance targets and team leadership.
