The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, recruiting & managing a motivated sales team, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is a key leadership role with high visibility and impact on the company's top & bottom line.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed branch sales targets, with a strong focus on Non-Motor insurance products.
Recruit, train, and manage Unit Managers, Marketing Sales Executives, Independent Agents, Bancassurance Executives, Brokers and support staff to build a high-performance team.
Implement company strategies, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives at branch level.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field. A diploma in insurance (IIK, CII) is an added advantage.
At least 3 years of experience in branch operations.
Proven track record in meeting sales targets and leading teams.
