Role Summary
The Branch Manager will drive business growth, profitability, risk control, and operational excellence within the branch, while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Execute branch business strategy to meet loan, deposit, and revenue targets.
Drive deposit mobilization, credit growth, and product cross-selling.
Manage loan processing, monitoring, and recovery; maintain PAR ≤ 5%.
Ensure compliance with CBN regulations, KYC, AML/CFT, and internal controls.
Oversee daily branch operations and service delivery standards.
Identify and mitigate credit and operational risks.
Lead and develop staff; manage performance and discipline processes.
Build customer and community partnerships to grow market share.
Monitor branch performance and submit accurate periodic reports.
Improve processes and support digital/operational transformation.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
5 - 7 years banking experience, with at least 3 years in management.
Solid knowledge of microfinance operations, credit, and regulation.
Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
