Lead branch operations and team performance

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance,Economics or related field
3-5 years' experience in microfinance, banking or financial services
Proven experience in branch management, lending and collections
Strong leadership, business development and customer relationship skills
Target-driven with strong analytical and communication abilities
