The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance, building a strong client portfolio, and driving sustainable branch growth through effective sales and customer service strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily branch operations and monitor staff performance.
Drive branch growth by actively recruiting new clients and expanding the branch's customer base.
Build, manage, and grow a healthy and profitable branch portfolio.
Develop and implement effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
Achieve branch sales, portfolio growth, and revenue targets.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify new business opportunities and develop the branch's market presence.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
Handle customer escalations and maintain high service-quality standards.
Prepare, review, and submit accurate branch financial reports.
Monitor portfolio performance and take appropriate action to maintain portfolio quality.
Implement strategies to improve branch efficiency. productivity, and profitability.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in a microfinance or financial institution.
Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
Demonstrated experience in client recruitment, sales, business development, or portfolio growth.
Strong understanding of financial products, credit, and customer relationship management.
Proven ability to build and maintain a strong client portfolio.
Excellent communication, problem-solving. and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.
