About the Role


Makari brand is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Brand & Business Development Manager to oversee brand positioning, product launches, marketing campaigns, and business growth initiatives.
This role is critical in ensuring consistency of our brand identity while driving new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities
Brand Management:


Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence.
Lead product launches and promotional campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.


Business Development:


Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, and corporate channels.
Build and maintain strong client, distributor, and partner relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design growth strategies.
Provide regular reports and forecasts to management on brand and business performance.


Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in brand management and/or business development (FMCG/cosmetics preferred).
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and successfully managing brand growth.
Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
