About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Communications & Partnership Associate to join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of communications, partnerships, and brand amplification.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our cause-driven campaigns and platforms:


Reach the right audiences
Gain visibility through credible media channels
Are supported by strong institutional and strategic partnerships


This is a high-impact role focused on PR, media relations, influencer management, partnership development, and campaign storytelling.

Key Responsibilities


Write and distribute press releases and communication materials
Build and maintain relationships with media houses and journalists
Secure media coverage for campaigns across national platforms
Identify and manage relevant influencers for campaigns
Coordinate influencer briefings and campaign delivery
Support social media content planning for amplification
Identify and engage NGOs, government bodies, and strategic partners
Build and maintain long-term partnership relationships
Support partnership negotiations and execution
Develop compelling narratives around campaigns and initiatives
Coordinate communication across multiple channels (media, digital, field teams)
Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms


Qualification and Requirement;


BSc/HND in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
Certifications in PR or digital marketing are an added advantage
2 - 4 years' experience in PR, communications, or partnerships
Experience working with media and/or influencers
FMCG or agency experience is an added advantage
