The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand marketing strategies that drive sustainable, profitable growth and strengthen brand equity. The role manages brand health and performance across market share, revenue, volume, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities Include
Leading brand strategy and marketing initiatives across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
Monitoring and optimising brand performance using key commercial and brand health metrics.
Driving pricing, innovation, and growth opportunities based on strong customer and market insights.
Managing marketing budgets and resources to maximise ROI.
Collaborating with sales, technical, supply chain, and external partners to achieve business objectives.
Supporting and developing junior brand team members.
Requirements
Minimum of a first degree in marketing, social sciences, relevant course or equivalent marketing professional qualification.
Minimum 4 years' experience working in a similar role managing a leading brand/ portfolio at a reputable world class, market-oriented and commercially focused organization.
Must have solid experience managing advertising, activation, research and media agencies on marketing projects
