What will you do?
We are looking for a very strong candidate to join our Broker Client Services Team. You need to be passionate about people, display professionalism in dealing with clients and Brokers.
You will be attending to incoming queries either telephonic or via email from both Brokers and Broker clients and doing underwriting when requested by the client or broker.
Minimum Qualification
Regulatory Exam (RE 5)
Matric / NQF 4
Full FAIS Credits
Minimum Experience
Minimum 3 years Insurance administrative experience
Exposure to the broker or dealer servicing environment
Minimum 3 years Personal Lines Underwriting experience
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
Attend to incoming queries either telephonic or via email from both Brokers and Broker Clients
Assist with amendments to client's policies.
Provide brokers with constant feedback on queries.
Attend to QA corrections as identified by the QA department.
