Job Description
Broker / Leasing Agent required for facilitating transactions between the company and prospective tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Negotiating terms and conditions of sales or leases to secure the best possible deals.
Managing all aspects of the transaction process
Requirements:
5+ yrs Broker / Leasing experience
Matric
Proven track record
Recognised certification in brokerage or real estate (NQF Level 4, SAQA-recognised qualifications).
Must be in possession of a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate
Own vehicle and drivers license
Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and client requirements.
