The Business Development Manager (MEP) will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the MEP sector, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:


Identify, pursue, and secure MEP business opportunities through market research, client networking, and lead generation.
Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and decision-makers.
Conduct technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with engineering, estimation, and project teams to prepare bids, quotations, and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets and margins.
Maintain knowledge of competitors and industry developments to refine sales strategy.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars.


Qualifications & Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
MBA or certification in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in MEP project or business development.
Strong technical understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong network in the construction/MEP industry.
Proven track record of achieving winning projects, tenders or partnerships
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.
Willingness to travel when required.
