Job Summary
Gemameg is looking for a skilled and safety-conscious bulldozer operator to join operations at Igere Remo Ogun State.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating bulldozers and heavy equipment for land clearing, grading, earthmoving, road preparation, and other farm infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Operate bulldozers and related heavy equipment efficiently and safely.
Carry out land clearing, leveling, grading, excavation, and earthmoving activities.
Inspect equipment before and after operation to ensure functionality and safety.
Report mechanical issues and coordinate maintenance needs promptly.
Follow operational instructions and site safety procedures at all times.
Maintain daily operational logs and equipment usage records.
Work closely with farm management and technical teams on project execution.
Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment after use.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE/WAEC qualification.
Proven experience operating bulldozers or similar heavy-duty equipment.
3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
Ability to understand and follow equipment operation guidelines and safety standards.
Good physical condition and ability to work long hours when required.
Strong attention to safety, detail, and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical or vocational certification in heavy equipment operation is an advantage.
Experience working on agricultural, construction, or land development projects.
Basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge.
