Job Objectives
To independently manage business analysis activities for defined projects or workstreams.
Engage directly with business stakeholders, perform full lifecycle requirement analysis, support solution design, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering sessions and workshops with clients or internal teams
Develop and maintain BRDs, FRSs, use cases, user stories, process models, and data maps
Validate requirements with technical teams and business stakeholders
Perform gap and impact analysis for change requests or enhancements
Facilitate solution walkthroughs and sign-off meetings
Ensure traceability of requirements from initiation through testing
Contribute to UAT planning, coordination, and results validation
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as needed
Support continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to existing business processes.
Key Performance Indicators
90% of BRDs/FRSs approved without major revisions
≤ 2 requirements reworked after development hand-off
95% Timeliness of documentation delivery
3% of UAT defect rate traced back to unclear requirements
4.2 out of 5 Stakeholder satisfaction from feedback surveys
95% Documentation completeness and adherence to standards.
Qualification/ Certifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
Professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile-related) is preferred
Demonstrated experience working on structured projects in FSI, Telecoms, or enterprise environments
Minimum experience: 3-5 years of work experience.
