The successful candidate will analyze verification workflows, identify process improvement opportunities, monitor operational KPIs, ensure compliance with KYC/AML standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer onboarding efficiency while maintaining regulatory compliance. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field with 2+ years of experience as a Business/Operations Analyst. Experience in Forex, FinTech, Banking, Payments, or Financial Services verification department is highly preferred.
