Description
The Business Analyst will serve as a trusted advisor on best-practice business processes and solutions. Analyse business processes, map them to relevant systems, identify improvements, and design effective solutions. Provide configuration, testing, support, training, and change management for assigned projects.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Relevant Bachelor's Degree and/or 7 years' experience
ITIL 4.0 certification
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
Project implementation and support experience (advantage)

Solution Roadmap, Design & Architecture:
Deliver solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to AFGRI IT standards, ensuring minimal customisation and maximum reuse of configurations.
Continuous Improvement:
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing opportunities to simplify processes and reduce costs.
Application Support:
Resolve issues promptly and effectively, extend the use of existing functionality, and ensure compliance with the AFGRI SDLC policy.
Collaboration & Business Support:
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensure all incidents are managed through the Service Desk, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Project Support & Change Management:
Drive high adoption rates for new technologies and enhancements, provide comprehensive training, and deliver project documentation to PMO standards.
Governance, Compliance & Security:
Ensure compliance with change control processes, legal obligations, and audit requirements, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Leadership, Development & Teamwork:
Contribute to a high-performing team through effective leave planning, cross-skilling, and knowledge sharing to maintain service continuity.
Technical Competencies:
Strong business process knowledge and documentation skills
Change Management and Training expertise
MS Office proficiency
Knowledge of agricultural industry (advantage)
Understanding of integration impacts and best practices
Ability to prioritise and execute tasks under pressure
Experience in Agile methodology
