Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Architect to support a strategic cloud transformation initiative. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to align business strategy, capabilities, processes, and operating models with the organisation's cloud transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain business architecture artefacts, including business capabilities, value streams, and process models.
Analyse current and future-state business processes and operating models.
Facilitate workshops to gather and validate business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
Conduct business impact and gap analyses.
Support the development of business cases, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives.
Ensure business architecture aligns with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
Provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle to support successful delivery.
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years' experience in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
Experience working on business transformation or cloud-related initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
