About the Role
We're looking for an organized, resourceful and naturally curious Business Coordinator to work closely with the Founder in supporting the day-to-day running and growth of the business.
This role is for someone who enjoys figuring things out, connecting the dots and bringing structure to moving parts. You'll coordinate projects, conduct research, organize information, support business relationships and help ensure important initiatives move forward.
We're open to candidates at an early stage of their careers who can demonstrate initiative, curiosity and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate client projects and day-to-day business activities.
Research companies, industries and business trends to support informed decision-making.
Build and maintain organized databases, business records and project documentation.
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups and ensure agreed actions are completed.
Support communication with clients, suppliers, partners and other stakeholders.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals and other business materials.
Identify gaps, flag issues early and help keep projects and business initiatives moving.

Qualifications
Tertiary level education in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience in coordination, client service, research or business support is an advantage.
